|Recommended: YesGreat location, spacious apartments, easy to navigate — It is one of the best places to live in Madison when you factor in location, layout, people, and price. It's not as obnoxious as other apartments and the prices are reasonable compared to other places in Madison
|Recommended: YesNice Apartment, Great People — Me and my roommates love living here at Palisade. The staff is super helpful, the apartments are nice, and the location is perfect. When we moved in, our apartment was a little dirty from the last owner, and some maintenance issues needed to be addressed, but overall we are enjoying our stay
|Recommended: YesImpressed with the quality so far into this year — Palisades is a great location and has friendly staff willing to help. The units are in relatively good condition and compared to other apartments I would say it ranks higher.
|Recommended: YesNice Place — Palisade is awesome they have a great patio, fitness area, and free coffee in the mornings. The apartment is nice with a few issues that are being fixed. One downside is that there is no in-unit laundry and laundry is a little expensive otherwise, it's awesome here

|Recommended: YesHigh-end, High-rise living — The property is very clean, fresh and professional looking. All of the amenities really make this feel like a luxury apartment, and they are all very easy to access. The balconies are spacious and have great views.

|Recommended: YesGreat first apartment experience — Living at the Palisade’s has been a really great, stress-free experience The management and maintenance have been extremely helpful with any questions or problems we have run into all year and have been very timely. There’s definitely a super personable and responsive team here There are great extra amenities such as the study rooms, printing, as well as everything on the roof. Highly recommend
